This Blog records to some detail -- from start to finish -- the building of a PBK18 kayak during the month of August in 2010. It is based on a set of plans purchased in the late 60s; is simple to build from wood, glue, screws and canvas, but does require some carpentry skills. When you come up here during July or August, if you get an extra week here then we can take that week and build you a kayak just like mine. We can then bring it down to Nova Scotia on my car with a roof rack. Just a thought . . .
